Heidi Bauslicher is a managing partner and the head of Central Europe for MPKi. With extensive consulting and operational experience, she is an expert in strategy, growth rejuvenation, restructuring, large-scale transformations, organizational design, and supply chain management. Heidi is based now in MPKi Berlin office in Switzerland.

Heidi brings significant global business experience to MPKi, having spent her entire career to-date working across Australia and Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong and China. In recent years she has been heavily involved in the global commodities markets specializing in the trading of oil and refined products, metal and minerals to clients around the world.

Prior to joining MPKi, Heidi began her career just over two decades ago working for McKinsey in Australia and Hong Kong followed by successful operational and leadership roles at both Siemens Asia and Trafigura in Singapore. She holds a bachelor’s degree (First Class Honors) in Applied Science from the University of Melbourne.
