Sophie Ma is the Head of MPKi PMO office in Shanghai, China. She is responsible for building and growing the MPKi project support teams in South Asia, which are tasked with the administration, coordination, resourcing, contract compliance and deliverables for all client projects in the region.
Sophie has over 20 years of consulting experience across a range of services including procurement, operational process innovation, program and project management, and organizational change.

Prior to joining MPKi, she worked with North American consulting firm Infinite Sum, in a variety of senior consulting roles covering program management and client contract compliance.
Sophie has a Bachelor of Arts – BA, English Language and Literature from Sichuan University. She is fluent in her native Mandarin, as well as English.
